This rare vacation home has stunning river views and access to Tumalo Creek which runs through the back of the property situated below the rambling, lush summer gardens all over the one acre property.  Relax in the hot tub and hammock with amazing sights and sounds of the Tumalo Creek down below, surrounded by large Ponderosa Pines.  Lush vegetation and flower gardens are in full bloom during the spring and summer as you meander along the path of the wild flowers all around the property and on the way down to Tumalo Creek which flows like a river!

Pet friendly for one dog only, with prior approval and pet rent paid, $20 per night and lodging tax.  Pet amenities include one dog bed, one leash, pair of bowls and refuse baggies.  This property is not fenced, you will need to keep an eye on Fido!  No cats allowed, ever. 

The Tumalo Creek vacation rental is the perfect lodging for a family and friends with 1,800 sq. ft. and sleeps 6 comfortably with three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms and a large living room beautiful views of forest all around.  The home has an open and social main level floor plan that is filled with plenty of light and big windows to take in the natural beauty that is the Deschutes National Forest.  No out door firepit available as it would be a fire hazard.  Wood burning stove is not available for use.

A large deck with a portico greets you as you approach the front door which opens up to a tile entry and wood flooring throughout the living room and main living area.  The living room has a beautiful river rock, 60" flat screen LCD TV with TDS's cable package, which includes extensive cable viewing as well as ESPN, ESPN2 and Pac-12, leather sofa and chair, and a large sofa in an atrium type of window.  Formal seated dining for 8 is situated along large windows taking in the pristine surroundings that you will find in this rare setting along the Tumalo Creek.  A fully equipped galley style gourmet kitchen has a large commercial gas oven with a six burner stove, a wine bar refrigerator, microwave, regular refrigerator.

The large queen guest room is filled with plenty of sunshine and is located on the main level with a bathroom with a shower and toilet adjacent to the queen guest room.  

The upper level consists of a large king main suite 40" flat screen LCD (no cable upstairs) with a smart DVD player to stream with your log in and a small DVD library and queen guest suite.  The guest bathroom with a glass encased tiled shower, claw footed tub and toilet as well as a powder half bathroom with a toilet and sink are also located on the upper level of this unique vacation rental.

Access to the large deck is from the living room and opens up to an outdoor patio dining area for four with plenty of chairs around the property to relax, a barbeque with propane and a round hot tub with rare Tumalo Creek river views surrounded by an acre of lush meandering summer gardens with wild flowers and manicured mature landscape among giant Ponderosa Pines.  

Located approximately 8 quick miles west from the middle of the west side of Bend, Oregon and offers complete quiet and privacy!
