Three bedrooms and two half bathrooms which sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king master suite with a private bathroom and walk in closet located upstairs.
The two queen guests suites are also located upstairs with a guest bathroom with shower/tub combination and laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The living room is furnished with a sectional sofa with a large flat screen LCD television with basic cable and a DVD player above the fireplace. A large desk with chair for a work space for the guest working remotely, makes this an ideal vacation rental. Large open and social with hardwood floors throughout.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and a breakfast bar for two, a large walk in pantry with all new pots, pans, and all kinds of cooking implements, gas range and oven. Seated dining for six with the entrance to the pet friendly, small fenced backyard with a propane gas barbeque grill and patio dining for six.
Bring Fido for $20 per night per pet with prior approval and pet rent paid.
Pet amenities include a 26 x 38 dog bed, 6 ft. sturdy dog leash, large food and water bowls, pooper scooper and refuse baggies.
Centrally located in the heart of the west side of Bend, Oregon off of Newport Avenue and College Way area in Newport Landing. Walk to breweries, restaurants, boutique shopping, coffee houses, convenience store, Newport Market and a variety of large chain supermarkets. Easy access to 14th Street/Century Drive to mountain bike at Phil's Trail or ski at Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort which is located about 35 minutes (weather and traffic depending!) up the hill from this comfortable vacation home.

Never leave your dog unattended inside or outside the home, either crate or take Fido with you! Bend loves dogs, we have provided a leash for your use
Never allow your dog on ANY of the furniture (26 x 38 dog bed is provided), extra cleaning fees will be charged to launder and clean furniture
No barking after 10 p.m., bring your loved one inside

Check In is 4 p.m. Check Out is 11 a.m., no early check ins or late check outs
An Accidental Damage Protection fee of $69 per reservation (non-refundable) for up to $1,500 accidental damage for accidents that are not consider malicious.
