Upon entering to the right is a formal dining room that awaits your family and friends with a large dining table that seats up to 11.

The home features a large front porch with comfortable seating and the entrance with an open and social floor plan with warm brazillian cherry wood floors and an inviting large kitchen featuring granite counter tops, a four burner gas range and breakfast bar/island seating for four, a cozy sunny breakfast nook and a tastefully decorated living room featuring a gas fireplace, comfortable sofas, large 43" flat screen LCD & DVD Player. Enter the large fenced mature growth backyard featuring two decks with a gas fire pit, private hot tub, plenty of patio dining seating as well as an inviting firepit with seating from the living room.

On the lower level the large King Master Suite is complete with a full on-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a large sunken jetted tub, and a walk in shower. Private access to the decks and backyard for an evening romantic chat with the sun setting while listening to the birds singing amongst the trees brings great relaxation.

Guest Queen Suite #1 with a television and full off suite bathroom.

Guest Suite #2 accommodates four with a bunk bed with a full on bottom, twin on top and a twin day bed. The powder room with pedestal sink is easily accessible.

Guest Suite #3 has a queen sofa sleeper, and a transportable twin air bed (very comfortable!), television, DVD & VCR player and a full on suite bathroom.

Also equipped for an infant or toddlers with a pack n play, high chair, baby gates and two strollers, one seats two and an umbrella stroller.

The fully fenced large backyard has two decks with mature landscaping, Ponderosa Pines, water feature, a private hot tub, patio dining, firepit with seating and a gas bar b que and is great for your pre approved pet. The backyard backs up to forest and trails leading to the Phil's Trailhead and the Cascade Highlands Trail that leads to Overturf Butte which is easily accessible with private entrance from the backyard gate. COTA Trail Maps and "Kissing The Trail" book that coordinates with the map are there for your riding pleasure!
