Beautiful craftsman style West side Bend Vacation Home is centrally located within walking and bike riding distance to all that Bend has to offer on the West side. Walk down the street to all of the boutiques, restaurants and shops on the West side, Drake Park and Downtown Bend. Overturf Park is located a block from the home which is a great park for kids. Riding your mountain bike to the endless trails at the Phil's Trailhead is an easy ride. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is just 20 minutes up Century Drive (14th Street). The home is located at 15th Street & Elgin.

A spacious 2,200 sq. ft. four bedroom and two and half bathroom cozy home with a private hot tub and fully fenced and beautifully manicured landscaped yard is the perfect vacation rental for your next visit to Bend. Accommodating 10 people with two King Suites and two Queen Suites plus a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room with a fireplace.

As you enter the living room with hard floors of this craftsman style vacation property, its open floor plan exudes warmth and charm throughout. Furnished with a large soft leather sectional sofa, a comfortable queen sofa sleeper, an overstuffed "easy" chair, large 55" flat screen LCD TV with a blue ray player above a stone gas fireplace; a great place to hang out and play games, watch movies or just cuddle up with your favorite blanket. A sunny reading room with windows a couple of easy chairs situated off of the living room is a perfect spot to read or surf the internet.

An incredibly fully equipped home with all the amenities, a private hot tub, a fully fenced yard, WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fans and an open living room with a fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every cooking implement and utensil you can think of and more: an Illy Espresso Machine, Panini Iron, Popcorn maker, several gourmet pots and pans. Whip up your favorite meals or dream up and create new sautes and sauces on the four burner stainless steel gas range and serve it at the breakfast bar with seating for 5 and seated dining for 10.

The King Master Suite has a 32" Flat Screen LCD with DVD player, a full on-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in closet.

Queen Guest Suite #1 is located to the left and the Queen Guest Suite #2 has its own private entrance. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower is conveniently located off the guest queen suites.

The private King Guest Suite #3 with lots of space to stretch out in and plenty of cabinet space has a private door to the patio with the private hot tub. The 1/2 "powder room" is conveniently located off of this second King suite.

Equipped with a laundry room with the washer, dryer and small folding area and is located off of the kitchen. Also a great gear room with plenty of hooks, cubbies and space for the gear junky in YOU!

Don't Want to Drive to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort?

All vacation homes are in close proximity to the Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort Shuttle!

New this season, Mt. Bachelor is partnering with Safeway (320 SW Century Drive) to provide a shuttle ticket sales location in Bend. Less than 1/2 mile from the Shuttle Park & Ride lot, you can purchase 1-ride, 2-ride or 10-ride punch cards at Safeway before you get on the bus.

Please allow yourself enough time to purchase your tickets at Safeway and get to the Park-n-Ride lot in time to avoid missing the bus. Buses depart promptly at their designated times.

You can catch the Mt Bachelor Shuttle at the Bend Park-N-Ride lot located on SW Columbia St between Galveston and Simpson. Or, at select times during the day, you can connect to/from the Mt. Bachelor Shuttle at CET's Hawthorne Station.
