This gorgeous contemporary Bend vacation home features three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full sized futon in living room and two full bathrooms.

Designed with a sunny open floor plan and professionally contemporary decorated with a Bend mountain twist, enter upon hardwood floors and a comfortable beautifully decorated living room with a sofa and full sized futon. The dining room is situated in close proximity with formal dining for six.

The Queen Master Suite has a private entry to the deck and a full On-Suite bathroom with a sunken tub, tiled shower and a large walk in closet.

Both Queen Suites are located off the entry, Queen Guest Suite #1 has lodge pole furniture and decor that reflects the true spirit of Bend that makes you want to go out and enjoy all that Bend has to offer! Queen Guest Suite #2 is also situated right off of entry and the second full bathroom is situated between the two.

Granite counter tops and gas range in the open social kitchen with a breakfast bar for 3, and is complete with dinnerware, pots and pans and several cooking implements. Breakfast nook seats four and opens up to the family "great" room with a gas fireplace, reclining leather sofa and lounging chair and large t.v. with blue ray, vcr, dvd and surround sound system. Seven Local stations available as well as Netflix and Pandora for your listening pleasure.

Sunny deck is situated off of the great room, completing the open and social feel, with a patio dining area, and gas bar b que beautifully landscaped with grass and Basalt water feature surrounded by slate. Enjoy the peaceful and quiet nature of Bend with your family and friends.
