The Splashy Rapids vacation rental home is extremely private, quiet and located in River Wild, the exclusive neighborhood in Mt. Bachelor Village Resort. Spacious and open floor plan with 2,100 square feet is social, inviting and the perfect get away for your family and friends vacation. The lay out and design captures the daylight with a social gourmet kitchen with solid granite counter tops and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. Furnishings and decor are warm and rich with a luxurious finishes. Rich chocolate leather sofas, warmly colored decor are situated on the lower level of this beautiful home. It has a private hot tub (coming in April, 2013) with one of the largest wrap around decks in River Wild, located at the end of the cul-de-sac of Splashy Rapids. The large garage is attached to the house and has entrance through the mud room which leads to the open and warmly decorated living room and kitchen.


King Master Suite has a temperpedic king bed and an on-suite full bathroom with dual sinks, television and a private entrance to the wrap around deck. Upon entry of the deck from the Master, complete privacy and quiet with lounge chairs and small patio table seating 4 and two lounge chairs.

King Guest Room #1 with a temperpedic king bed has an on-suite "jack and jill" full bathroom, television, dvd player, desk, computer and printer.

Guest Room #2 has full sized bunks and a twin bed, sleeping five.

Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen with granite slab counter tops, five burner gas range, all stainless steel appliances, seating for 8 at the dining table and additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The powder bathroom and washer and dryer are located downstairs as well.
